We have created a process by which Infolure designs, implements and
maintains a client's marketing database. In a four-stage process, Infolure
supports the client's goal of optimizing and leveraging information: first by
assembling the relevant internal and external data sources (e.g., customer
files, prospect lists, promotion and response history, etc.); second by
integrating the data (e.g., conversion and standardization, correction,
consolidation and loading); third by engineering an architectural model(s) that
can best serve the client's near and long-term goals; and, forth by providing
the tools and training with which the client can control ongoing planning,
analysis, execution and tracking.
The Infolure process is mainly intended to offer cost effective solutions that are
user friendly and that allow the client to become involved and interact in the
process as little or as much as desired. Web enabled technology permits the
client to log on to the system at will in order to monitor the progress of any
activity or to interface for the purposes of ongoing planning and analysis. This
has become a pre-requisite for successful business management in todays's marketplace.
